Today is club Day at the Masterpiece, a big car show on the lakefront in Milwaukee. The interesting thing about the event is it’s really a separate show each day. The Saturday cars can be any type of car owned by members of participating car clubs. The Sunday cars are “concours” quality vehicles specifically invited for display. Planning things like this gives spectators interested in seeing cars a lot more to see. Today’s show starts at 10 am and I can hardly wait to see what shows up. Milwaukee is far enough from Iola that I’m sure to see a lot of classics I have not seen before.
