Masterpiece August 25-26 Spotlights Stutz
“The Splendid Stutz” themes this year’s Masterpiece of Style & Speed in Milwaukee, Wis,. Aug. 25-26. The cars of Harry C. Stutz will be showcased, along with 170 select autos from around the United States. A complimentary attraction will be the “Creations of Carroll Shelby.” Clubs will take part in an open car show Saturday Aug.. 25. Participants include members of the Wisconsin Region Classic Car Club of America, Wisconsin Jaguar Club, Porsche Club of America, the Milwaukee & Great Lakes MG Motor Group (MGMGMG), the Austin-Healey Club and Mercedes-Benz Club of America. Many of the cars in the “Circle of Elegance” at Masterpiece will be winners from other concours events such as Pebble Beach, Amelia Island, Meadow Brook, Glenmore and Sussex. The show takes place in Veteran’s Park on the shore of Lake Michigan, not far from downtown Milwaukee. Proceeds benefit Jewish Family Services, a non-profit agency that offers comprehensive social services to people of all denominations. Tickets are $10 per day or $15 for both days.
