A Corvette for $3,600? How good could it be? Last week a friend of mine gave me a slip of paper with the phone number. He said it’s a ’77 ‘Vette. Not the most collectible model, but hey . . . $3,600? Seems the owners owe the bank some small change, but since it is hard to pay all the bills right now, they are willing to sell the car for just what they owe on it. Even that is hard to believe. There must be more to the story, but who knows? Since I just blew all my “loose chnge” on an Indian motocycle, I’m not rushing into another deal, but it is tempting. What do you think?
