Max Media Group has announced the acquisition of a high-end restoration facility to its recent acquisition of a Corvette website and the 35,000 sq. ft. showroom of Classic Corvettes and Collectables in Tarpon Springs, Fla.
The fully-equipped classic car restoration shop includes three state of the art spray booths and is said to be the largest of its type in the Southeast United States. It is close to the showroom and creates an 80,000 sq. ft. facility. A Chevelle, ‘Cuda, Camaro and Corvette estimated to be worth in excess of $450,000 are in the shop now. Restoration projects planned at the facility range from $10,000 restorations to jobs costing several hundred thousand dollars.
“The acquisitions are a major step in the completion of our classic car business model,” said James Grady, president and CEO of Max Media Group, Inc. “The goal is to tap into niche communities and create networks within them that provide valuable services, information and products. We can service this community for discussing, buying, selling, restoring or just loving classic cars.”
