The 1936 Dodge was my first automobile, a family hand-me-down while I was still in high school. It actually had 5 different motors over its lifetime & since my brother-in-law had a vehicle painting business, he adorned it with perhaps 7-8 different colors, the last being a cream color. Of course I had to attach a couple of fox tails on the mirrors, 2 chrome strips on the back window to give it a limo effect and stone shields on the back fenders. Records kept showed over 300,000 on this car before I sadly traded it in for a small motorcycle. Huge mistake performed by an immature teenager at the time.
Don’t I wish having it back. You bet. C’est la vie.
