I had a similar experience with a 1950 Cadillac 61S. I was leaving for home after a semester at college. I was rounding a curve in a nearby city and I was passing a car on a one way curve and he pulled to the left and I wiped out the hood, RF fender! The night before I had just installed another engine and transmission in my vehicle!
