I had one in 1960. Bought it used in Honolulu Hawaii for $1,500 (which was really cheap) because it had a clogged fuel filter and the owner couldn’t get it diagnosed. It also ran an original; equipment 3/4 cam which made it difficult to diagnose if you have a fuel starvation problem. The original owners mechanic replaced the filter in the sediment bowl but didn’t know that the Buick had another fuel filter underneath the car. I fixed it the day I bought it by throwing away the extra fuel filter. I drove the car for four years before I sold it to another sailor at the naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. What a “tank” but I loved it!
