Maybe a Moon mystery?

From reader Peter Guidera:

This is my Mother Nella and her brother, my Uncle Bill. I believe the picture was taken at my Grandparents house in Rochester NY. I have no clue as to the make or model of the car or year but it looks to be mid 20s.I know that my grandfather on my mother’s side liked Moon autos. Perhaps a reader can identify the car.

    “Maybe a Moon mystery” I belive the car pictured is a 1929 Chev. My father had 1928 two door Chev. and a 1929 Chev. coupe.

      I agree…before looking at the (above) responses..I looked up the old photo s in my “100yrs of American Auto.” there is a picture of this model (’29 Chevrolet)……Note the Moon auto had a squared of roof..where the Chevy is rounded…..
