TV series, ‘Car Czar’, to feature barn-find restos

The “factual entertainment” series begins Thursday, January 14 at 8:00 p.m. on The National Geographic Channel. It follows Alan Lewenthal of Marquis Auto Restorations, Philadelphia, Pa, as he rescues rare classic motorcars from dusty garages and barnyards from across America. His team of skilled restoration technicians then transform them into treasured pieces of automotive history.

Three episodes cover the transformation of a rare 1967 amphibious German car, a 1954 Oldsmobile and a classic 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. For more information go to www.marquisautorestorations.com
