Richard Gies purchased this 1966 Charger and a boat load of parts from his nephew and set out to make it better than new. (Enjoy all the “after” pictures below.) First-generation Chargers of 1966-’67 have several notable styling features from the full-width “razor” grille and red tail lamp panel to the unusual fastback roof; only the 1965-and-up AMC Rambler Marlin sported fastback styling in the midsize category. This car is powered by the 361-cid V-8 engine.
