Carlisle, Pa. — Leave your Chevy at the levy, but bring your Ford to Carlisle, Pa., Fairgrounds June 1-3 for the 13th Annual All-Ford National Blue Oval event.
Cougar fans are expected to roar into this year’s event, which will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the legendary Mercury Cougar. However, Mustang fans won’t be left out, as a special Mach I show area is planned.
In addition to the expanse of Blue Oval muscle that will be on display, “A Rare Pair” has been assembled for the first time. A 1929 Model A sedan and a ’29 Model A closed-cab truck that were purchased as siblings before being separated just a few years later are to be reunited and exhibited in restored condition for the first time ever.
NASCAR fans will also find a treat at the All-Ford National Blue Oval event with legendary NASCAR icons David Pearson and Bud Moore on hand to chat and sign autographs.
As always, this year’s event will be packed full of exciting activities including, burnout contests, dyno-testing, wing-eating contest and much more.
