I am a recent automotive tech student. I have passed my ASE tests and state inspectors exam. I already have a decent job working as a roadside assistance technican, so I dont want to work in a garage. I would really love to have my own garage to work in on my days off. I’m working on a 1929 Gazzelle Kit Car and then I have two Jeep FC150′s to work on next. Right now I’m working outside. Sure would be nice to be out of the sun and rain.

My garage is 32′ x40′ with a 10′ ceiling.
It is passive solar heated with 32′ x 8′ of windows on the south side.
It does not freeze in the garage – a good trick in Denver, CO.
The attick is all “cold storage” for parts, ect.and tall enough for me to walk in the middle third.
5KW of photovoltaic panels on the roof supply more power than I use annually.
But the inside is a mess – it needs a make-over.

Hi, I would love to win, our shop is unheated and not insulated and has a small part that has a cement floor, the rest is dirt.Not a fun experience working and trying to push a creeper on the floor or stoking a wood stove in the winter to keep your fingers working on wood or equipmment.
