Last weekend, I returned to Minnesota to visit family and heard some bad news on the TV: a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner and another car had been destroyed in a garage fire in Lino Lakes. Given the source was generalized local news, it was simply reported the Road Runner was very rare and one of just two of its kind, but provided no further details as to options and equipment to make it so (it also erroneously reported the car was a "Dodge Road Runner"). It was also inferred that the Road Runner was unrestored car, so I'll be catching up with a muscle car restoration business in Lino Lakes for more details. In the meantime, here's the local news story.
