Over the weekend I was doing some research on vintage pickup trucks and I ran through my modest collection of the magazine now called Vintage Truck. This publication (www.vintagetruckmagazine) has an interesting history, in that it started as the newsletter of the Light Commercial Vehicle Association, then grew into This Old Truck magazine and eventually took the name Vintage Truck. My collection is far from complete, but it does cover a wide range of years back to the early 1990s. And rummaging through all those issues reflects how the pickup truck collecting hobby has brown over those years. Just reading about trucks makes you see how much fun they must be to collect. People restore their trucks in various colors and trademarks and seem to enjoy every aspect of the hobby from restoration to car shows. There's even a new Website called www.pickuptruck.com that's also very interesting to visit.
Question: Who has more hobby fun, car collectors or pickup truck collectors? I don't know the answer, but let's see what you think.
