Wheelin’, dealin’ and travelin’ auto restoration masterminds Mike Brewer and Edd China are seeing red, white and blue with the U.S. premiere of their brand-new series WHEELERS DEALERS on the all-new upscale men’s lifestyle Velocity network.
Armed with nothing more than decades of restoration and trading experience and a pure addiction to adventure and classic automobile design, the high-octane duo allow viewers to ride shotgun on their thrilling challenge across British and American borders to buy and restore well preserved classics, American beauties and four-wheeled icons in need of a facelift.
Throughout their 10-week journey, Mike uncovers and resuscitates a selection of icons including a Deloreon, Frogeye Sprite, Bel Air and a handful of serious sports cars and cruisers for veteran mechanic Edd to transform from rust bucket to dream machine before attempting to sell for a tidy profit.
In episode two, Mike sets his sights high on a Mini Moke (pictured), a civilian cult classic. Originally designed as an off-road army vehicle by MINI designer Alec Issigonis in 1958, the extremely rare Mini Moke (only 50,000 builds in Australia, Portugal and the U.K.) soared through the 60s, 70s and 80s with flying colors. Should be a winner, yes? Will Mike and Edd’s difference of opinion and limited budget stand in the way? Check out episode two of WHEELERS DEALERS on VELOCITY to find out!
WHEELERS DEALERS airs this Wednesday, Nov. 16, and every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET/PT only on VELOCITY. For more information please visit: www.velocity.tv.
