Call it the Flying Wombat, the Phantom Corsair, or downright sinister, but don't call it dusty. The Phantom Corsair is one again making a public appearance, courtesy of the good stewards at the National Automobile Museum (The Harrah Collection) in Reno, Nevada, who refuse to let this incredible car lurk in hiding. And we thank them for it.
