Nothing says "power" like pulling up in a big, black Cadillac. Just ask any president, or former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo.
Rizzo's black-on-black-on-black 1980 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham sports only 16,000 miles and will be offered at the Boardwalk Classic Car Auction in Wildwood, Pa., to raise money for the maintenance of a statue of the mayor, who passed away in 1991.
