The Iola Old Car Show pitted Ford versus Chevy, and the winners were those who came to see the cars from each make in the Theme Area, Blue Ribbon Concours, Swap Meet, Car Corral, Postwar show field and Prewar show field. Droves of bow-ties and blue ovals trekked to the tiny hamlet of Iola, Wis., July 11-13, 2013, along with independents, Chrysler Corp. products and even a number of imports. Chevrolet and Ford also set up "ride and drive" exhibits, allowing spectators a chance behind the wheel of new Fords and Chevrolets, including V-8 Camaros and 2014 Impala and Silverados and a new Mustang convertible and F-150.
