About one month after the Iola Old Car Show, the grounds get greener with the arrival of military vehicles from World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars for the annual Iola Vintage Military & Gun Show with Vintage Tractors & Equipment. The vehicles start to appear early in the week even though the event starts on Friday, so here's a sneak preview of what's already here.
This year, there is a special treat: a sale of Old Cars Weekly founder Chet Krause's military vehicle collection. Aumann Auctions is hosting the sale and has the jeeps already on display. Below is a preview of the vehicles:
