Old Cars We’d Buy That: 1941 Buick four-door convertible

A 1941 Buick we’d love to drive into the sunset with.

For all its faults, why do we still love Craigslist? Because of finds like this! What car guy (or woman) with a pulse doesn't swoon over a 1941 Buick four-door convertible! In bright red, no less.

We found this glorious phaeton in an Alabama Craigslist ad, but the car is actually in Spotsylvania County, Virginia! We dunno what somebody is doing advertising a Virginia car in Alabama, and frankly we don't care. We'd drive to either locale to get a chance to grab this baby.

According to the seller, she's got 66,703 miles and has been garage kept and rarely driven. We love old Buicks ... we love four-door convertibles ... we love whitewalls ... and Fireball Eights ... we love all of it. We want to retire and just drive around in this car every day until both of us run out of gas.
