1929 roadster rolls, driver killed, 3 injured

A woman was killed and three others were injured in an accident involving a 1929 Ford roadster.

A woman was killed and three others were injured June 13 near Conroe, Texas, north of Houston when their 1929 Ford roadster went out of control and rolled into the median on South Loop 336 near Interstate 45.

According to a report on www.familybadge.com, the driver, Daredeth Perry Ward, 45, of Willis was killed in the accident. Passenger Amy Ward, 33, was transported to Hermann Hospital in Houston with “serious” injuries, and her 15-year-old daughter was transported to the same facility with critical injuries. A 16-year-old girl was transported to Conroe Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. The accident occured Saturday night after the four had just left a car show.
