I may be wrong about this, but I think that Cruise Nights are a summer phenomenon in most parts of the country. (You can use the "comments" link to let me know if I'm wrong or right about this).

Here in "already-getting-winter" Central Wisconsin, we keep our Wednesday cruise nights at the Burger King going all winter long. We do not bring our old cars out after the snow flies, of course, but we still meet to sit around and talk about old cars. And you know what - it's fun. It keeps the hobby interest going all year long.

However, I will admit that "Cruise Night" doesn't really fit the sessions we hold in winter. No one is really cruising -- except for Santa Claus. So maybe we need a new name for our Wednesday evening "bench racing." What do you think about this? Can you figure out a better name than Cruise Night?

If so, please click the "comments" link and post your idea. I promise to run them by the Wednesday night gang and see what they think.
