Delaware Introduces Bill to Ease Street Rod Registration

Legislation (H.B. 31) has been introduced that would ease the process of registering a Street Rod in Delaware by changing age and equipment requirements. The bill is currently awaiting consideration in the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee.
