Bonhams|Cars will be offering a Cadillac once owned by the legendary Evil Knievel, which is offered online now through October 20, 2023.
Evel Knievel gained worldwide fame for his daring motorcycle stunts that captivated audiences from 1965 to 1980. Over the course of those 15 years, he fearlessly executed more than 75 thrilling ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps, cementing his legacy as a legendary daredevil.
In contrast to the high-octane world of his stunt performances, Knievel made a safe but cool choice for his everyday transportation. In 1975, he acquired a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado Station Wagon. This particular model, the 1972 Cadillac Eldorado Station Wagon, was already a rare sight on the road at the time, making it a fitting choice for a man who defied convention and took risks at every turn. It was, after all, a vehicle as unique and unconventional as the man himself.
