George Cole Auctions will hold a liquidation sale of the Richard Miller Classic Car & NOS Parts Collection at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, at 168 Malden Turnpike, Saugerties, N.Y.
This is lifetime opportunity for the Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Jaguar enthusiast. The 50-year personal collection of Richard Miller, former concours chief Rolls-Royce judge, S.C.C.A. judge and member of the Silver Ghost Society. It includes NOS and salvage parts for Rolls-Royce 46-55, Bentley 1946-'55, Jaguar 1947-'61, and some OEM parts in original packaging. Also, mascots, emblems, wheels, windshield, interior and trim, rubber, head & tail lamps, and mechanic and machinist tools and equipment.
The collection primarily composed of Classic English NOS parts, pre-1970, was gathered from a variety of sources, including inventories of important restoration facilities and a prized collection inherited from his father, Saul Miller, a Jaguar Concours Judge and Concours competitor whose collection began in the 1950s.
Only the finest and completely original vehicles and parts were added to the collection over a combined span of 60 plus years!
