West Virginia Bill to Allow Personalized Antique Plates Becomes Law

Another victory in West Virginia! Governor Jim Justice signed into law legislation (S.B. 589) that allows for personalized license plates on antique vehicles. The plates will be available for an annual fee of $40. Antique vehicles are vehicles that are more than 25 years old and owned solely as collector’s items.
