We were happy to hear that Wisconsin's Trans 123 law got shelved. It would have made it possible to buy or sell certain vintage cars in the state. But, now we hear that a worse piece of legislation is in the works. As we understand it, this law would classify all pre-1967 cars as "Non-Standard Vehicles" and take them off the road. And don't go thinking that Wisconsin is the only state thinking about this. Apparently the National Highway Traffic & Safety Administration or whatever they call it is driving this effort to get old cars off the road. So Your state may be next.
