Friends of Sloan*Longway and Chevrolet present The Party of the Century—100 Years of Chevrolet: An illustrious Past and Vibrant Future on Nov. 11 at RiverfrontBanquet Center, Flint. Mich.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Sloan*Longway’s science, history, and technology educational outreach programs for children and families in our community; exhibits such as this year’s summer–long 100 Years of Chevrolet; and the preservation of Flint’s automotive heritage through the acquisition and care of objects.
The VIP Reception ticket (6pm to 8pm) is $125, which includes an open bar and hors d’oeuvres plus admission to The Party of the Century (8-11 p.m.). For tickets visit SloanLongway.org or call 810-237-7379.

Experience the excitement of a trendy night club in downtown Flint at the RiverfrontBanquet Center. Celebrate Chevrolet’s illustrious past and take a step into Chevrolet’s vibrant future. Dance to the hot sounds of the musical group Persuasion. Enjoy great Flint-made hors d’oeuvres, while experiencing The Party of the Century! Cell Phones for Soldiers, an initiative sponsored by Chevrolet, will be present and accepting donations of used cell phones. Also featured will be displays of special Chevrolet vehicles highlighting the future, with a few select classic cars honoring the past.
Friends of Sloan*Longway is a 501(c) non-profit organization whose volunteers support Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium through advocacy and fundraising.
