Hershey, PA - Join the AACA Museum Inc. on October 6th for "Night at the Museum," the Museum's biggest event of the year. (NATM). The evening will surely be one to remember bringing together two favorites — Cars and Country Music — in a relaxed atmosphere. The event celebrates the mission and accomplishments of the Museum and honors our AACA Museum Automotive Heritage Award recipient, Jim Schmidt.
Jim is a lifelong antique auto enthusiast and has accumulated an extensive and eclectic collection of mostly American-made vehicles. The noteworthy collection contains a large number of low-mile unrestored original examples. Throughout his life, Jim has always believed in giving back through both support and philanthropy. The AACA Museum truly appreciates Jim's dedication to the Museum and his exceptional contributions to the automotive hobby.
As a special treat this year, guests will enjoy a performance by Troy Engle & Southern Skies. Troy Engle has performed country and bluegrass music everywhere from the Grand Ole Opry to festivals across North America. And, he has composed music for TV Shows including The Voice, American Pickers, Duck Dynasty, and Pawn Stars. Troy and his band “Southern Skies” released their first Bluegrass album “Fox Hollow Memories,” in 2020. Troy shines the light on his original music accompanied by “Southern Skies” on mandolin, banjo, fiddle, and upright bass.
