The International Thunderbird Club's 19th Annual International Convention will be held July 8-15 in Claymont (Wilmington), Del. This Convention is open to all Thunderbird owners and enthusiasts from 1955-2005 -- trailered or driven Thunderbirds, concours to original Thunderbirds, stock to modified Thunderbirds, judged to non-judged and many levels in between.

The convention will be based out of the Claymont Crowne Plaza and hosted by the Mid Atlantic Thunderbird Club (MATC) http://www.midatlantictbirdclub.com. Organizers say this convention has the makings of the largest Thunderbird event ever held.

There will be a variety of venues, events and tours being held during this week-long event, including celebrating "Collector Car Appreciation Day" on July 13 and a Concours Thunderbird Show on July 14.
