UPDATE: Delaware Bill to Ease Street Rod Registration Passes House; Moves to Senate

Legislation (H.B. 31) that would ease the process of registering a street rod in Delaware by changing age and equipment requirements passed the Delaware House. The bill will now be considered by Senate committee on Transportation.
